Qualifications:

  • Must at least be 18 years of age
  • Must have completed at least High School
  • Must have at least 6 months call center experience, handling sales account or doing hard-selling
  • Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Completed at least 2nd year college
  • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
  • Fresh graduates with good communication skills and knows how to sell/persuade people are welcome
  • Must be willing to work in Munoz, Quezon City

Skills Required:

  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Must exhibit active listening
  • Must have keen attention to details
  • Must have good conversational skills
  • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be fluent in providing explanation and delivering positive scripting
  • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
  • Ability to probe effectively
  • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
  • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
