Job Description

We need individuals who can provide answers to inquiries relating to company’s products and services, assist customers with transaction and complaints, has the ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and is flexible to do overtime as needed.


  • You must have completed Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years College Degree in any field.
  • Preferred an active user of Twitter and Facebook accounts for at least 6 months
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule including holidays and weekends
  • Applicant must be willing to be assigned in PLDT NSOB, Mayon, Quezon City area

Skill Requirements:

  • Enjoys customer interactions
  • Have good comprehension skills
  • Preferred with knowledge about billing and tech background
  • Are passionate, eager to learn and have a good problem solving skills
