We need individuals who can provide answers to inquiries relating to company’s products and services, assist customers with transaction and complaints, has the ability to work under pressure, able to multi-task and is flexible to do overtime as needed.
- You must have completed Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years College Degree in any field.
- Preferred an active user of Twitter and Facebook accounts for at least 6 months
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule including holidays and weekends
- Applicant must be willing to be assigned in PLDT NSOB, Mayon, Quezon City area
- Enjoys customer interactions
- Have good comprehension skills
- Preferred with knowledge about billing and tech background
- Are passionate, eager to learn and have a good problem solving skills
