  • Communicate with various types of customer
  • Address their concerns/inquiries real time
  • Effectively converse ideas, proposals and answers
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction in all transactions

Job Requirements:

  • Must be aged 18 years and above
  • Accepting undergraduate with at least 2 years of college, preferred with a Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in any field.
  • Good in written communication skills
  • Social media savvy, excellent in navigating and posting on Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  • Preferred with 3-6 month(s) experience in online transactions
  • Very detailed oriented and pay attention to details
  • Must be willing to work in Quezon City area
  • Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays
  • No experience required preferred with customer service related experience
