Provide information for the company’s products and services, explain the company’s policies, take order requests, answer questions, resolve complaints, or even make sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products, or services. This job is very important because TSRs are the ears and voices of the company.
- Must have at least completed 2nd year of college to apply
- Must have good English communications skills with a SVAR score of 60% OA
- Must be able to work in night shift schedule, including holidays, with additional flexibility during high volume times of the year
- With or without BPO experience
- Applicant must be willing to be assigned in UP Technohub, Quezon City area
- Willing to start immediately
- Enjoy customer interactions
- Have good comprehension skills
- Are knowledgable in basic computer operations
- Are passionate, eager to learn, and have good problem solving skills
