- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, IT Computer Science and other related course
- Proficient in written and oral English communication skills
- Has a technical background preferred with 1-4 years IT and Helpdesk experience or equivalent
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Proficient in MS Office
