- Help customers with navigating and troubleshooting their gadget through email, chat and voice support
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field (High School Graduates with Good Communication Skills are encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills
- Has a technical background preferred with 1-4 years IT and Helpdesk experience or equivalent
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute
- Proficient in MS Office
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
