Job Description

  • Master online store business procedure and knowledge, answer questions and request from customers by phone or live chat
  • Introduce product and guide customers to place orders to increase sales
  • Answer questions about payment, order status and other exceptional cases
  • Deal with exceptional orders, return or refund request and complaints

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above (Engineering, IT, Computer Science and other related course)
  • With sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Computer skill, typing speed (above 45 words per minute),
  • English proficiency required
  • Steady-going person with great patience, positive, energetic and enthusiastic, an ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas, team player
  • Willing to work night shifting and over time schedules
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
  • Full-Time position(s) available
